HELLO - I’m Amy Payne
Photography has been a big part of my life for the last decade and a half. What I love most about photography is that it makes our memories more vivid. A photograph is powerful enough to bring back feelings, sounds, and even smells. Photos can be priceless heirlooms that are cherished for generations.
I haven't put a camera down since High School. I attended Ball State University to study Advertising and became a Creative Director Assistant at Knoodle Advertising in Phoenix Arizona for a short time. I moved to Indianapolis in 2014 and got really involved with "International Live Events Association (ILEA Indiana)" and became their president from 2020 - 2022.
I focus on Portraits,Events + Commercial photography. I photograph many types of events such as weddings, conferences, museum programs, award ceremonies, bar/bat mitzvahs, fundraisers...along with portraits such as headshots, high school seniors and families. You can find a lot of my images published in your local magazines such as Fishers, Geist, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, etc... If you visit Conner Prairie or the Indiana State Museum you will see many of my images displayed in marketing materials
